I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the beautiful location in a nice garden. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities were provided, and the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning. I particularly enjoyed the room with a nice balcony, it was a real treat to have such a relaxing space to unwind. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and served as a great meal to start the day.

Buffet breakfast and good prices. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. Walking distance to the end of the world, where you can have lunch. Our room had a balcony.

Everything was good at this hotel. It is exactly in the middle between the beach and the old city of Hoi An. Nice pool and the staff is very helpfull. They even wanted to give us a breakfast to-go when we left at 5.45! Great service

Staff at first was bit pushy but very nice. The bed was really hard! The humidity in the rooms is a bit high but that's nature, as is the neighbours rooster. You'll wake early! Tv wasn't working. Room 515

The value for money at this hotel is great, and the room was comfortable and beautiful. The location is convenient, with a regular shuttle bus to the beach and town. The staff treated us with warmth and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety and choices available.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to the Old Town and the beach, as well as complimentary bike rentals. The staff is incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The facilities are well-kept, including the pool and spa area. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Hotel and breakfast is ok, the price that we had to pay for a extra bed for a child was to high.

For the price we payed, there are better hotels with more space and a big garden and swimming pool. After the lotus we moved to bamboo village, which we preferred.

The hotel is a beautiful looking and comfortable hotel. It is ideally situated half way between the lovely beach and Hoi An town. You can hire bikes from the Red Dragon restaurant next door for 1$ a day which are great and easy way to get around.

the value for money was fantastic. We got so much for what we paid - from the free shuttle service to the town center, to the complimentary bicycles for exploring the area. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the beautifully designed rooms to the tranquil garden feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. We particularly loved our room with its nice balcony, offering a lovely view of the gardens. And the breakfast, included in the price, was simply superb.

Lovely hotel with good staff and very comfortable rooms. We had an interconnecting room and they were very clean and spacious. Nice setting with separate buildings connected by a central bridge. Small but nice pool area. Great breakfast. Good location - half way between town and the beach, withing walking distance to some good restaurants.

Comfortable and clean rooms in a very pleasant environment; nice buffet breakfast, good mini-van service to the town centre; several restaurants close-by; good laundry service next door - much cheaper than the hotel facility.

Hotel staff were pleasant but not exceptionally friendly; they seem to be under orders from the owners to encourage guests to only use their facilities - information about other restaurants and the range of tours available was not available, so it pays to shop around before booking anything.

The rooms at Lotus Hoi An Boutique & Spa are so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home. The free Wi-Fi worked like a charm, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. I loved having a minibar and cable TV to unwind after a long day of karaoke and casino fun.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the late night room service at Lotus Hoi An Boutique & Spa. But hey, that's just me!
